She combines over a decade of experience in the medical field as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer with her expertise as a Postpartum Holistic Health Coach. A few years ago, I found myself drowning in postpartum exhaustion, struggling with brain fog, overwhelm, and physical ailments with no answers. Despite countless doctor visits, nothing brought relief. My marriage was falling apart, I was raising two young children alone, and the lingering postpartum weight made me feel self-conscious and ashamed. My youngest looked at me and said, 'Mommy, you never want to play with me. You’re always too tired.' My heart broke—I wasn’t being present with them like I had imagined I would be. At that moment, I knew something had to change. I decided to dig deep and figure out how to heal from the inside out. Despite eating well, my energy was gone by noon, and getting out of bed each morning felt dreadful. I knew something wasn’t right. It was time to take control of my health and finally find real answers.
Through trial, research, and relentless determination, I discovered that healing wasn’t just about treating symptoms—it was about reconnecting with my body, nourishing it, and addressing the root causes of my struggles. I learned that motherhood didn’t have to be defined by exhaustion and burnout. I found tools that helped me regain my strength and energy. The biggest revelation was that I wasn’t alone in this journey—finding support and connection was transformative. Slowly, I began to feel like myself again, with clarity and hope returning to my life. I realized I had the power within to reclaim my joy and thrive as a mother.
Now, I look at my life with gratitude I never thought I’d have. Every morning, I wake up with energy and clarity, ready to embrace my children and fully engage in motherhood. What I love most is being fully present—whether laughing with my kids, tackling our morning routines, or soaking in a quiet moment of peace. I’m no longer a prisoner to exhaustion or brain fog. My body feels strong, my mind is clear, and I no longer live in survival mode. I’ve created a life where I’m thriving—not just for my kids but for my well-being. This journey has taught me the real strength, confidence, and satisfaction that motherhood brings.

My name is Rciesha, and I’m an ultrasound technologist. Before I started working with Neliza, I was struggling with being overweight, feeling bloated, and dealing with constant exhaustion. I had strong cravings for sweets, and my energy levels were low. I knew I needed to make a change, especially because I wanted to prepare my body for an embryo transfer and lose weight before having my baby.
Since working with Neliza and following her guidance, I’ve experienced amazing changes. One of the first things I noticed was how calm my stomach felt. I used to experience a lot of discomfort and rumbling, but now my digestion is much more stable, and I no longer have the bloating or stomach pain I struggled with before. It’s been such a relief.

One change I didn’t expect was how my body odor improved. As I started eating cleaner, I noticed I no longer had the musty smell I used to during a long day’s work. It’s clear that my body is detoxing properly, and this small but noticeable improvement has made a big difference in how I feel.
Mentally, I feel sharper, and my mood has significantly improved. In just five weeks, I’ve lost 11 pounds and feel more energized and healthier than I have in a long time.
What I love most about working with Neliza is how much more balanced and confident I feel. I’m finally on the right track and moving forward, rather than feeling stuck. I’ve even been able to reduce my blood pressure medication, which has been a huge breakthrough for me. I used to take two different blood pressure medications, and now I’m down to just two doses per day instead of three.
